Our home valuation tool uses publicly available data from the Florida Department of Revenue, county Property Appraiser offices, and MLS (Multiple Listing Service) databases. Property ownership, tax, and sale information displayed on our site is sourced from these public records and is not private or confidential information.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform: Supabase for secure data storage; Netlify for website hosting; Google Maps for address lookup functionality; GoHighLevel for customer relationship management; and Bridge Interactive (Trestle) for MLS data access; Google Analytics to measure how our website is used; and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure and improve our advertising. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Calls and Text Messages (SMS)
If you check the box agreeing to receive calls and text messages, we may call or text you, including with automated messages, about your inquiry and our real estate and mortgage services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers that help us deliver our own messages (such as our CRM and phone carrier).
Cookies and Tracking
