Living in Key Biscayne

An island village off Miami

The Village of Key Biscayne sits on a barrier island across the Rickenbacker Causeway from Miami, with oceanfront condo buildings and single-family homes on quiet streets around the Village Green.

Two large parks bracket the Village on the same island: Crandon Park to the north, with a beach and nature center, and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and its lighthouse to the south. The causeway is the only road to the mainland, and Brickell is a short drive across it.

Good to know: Review the association's budget, reserves, special assessments and any required building inspection reports or structural integrity reserve study. Check the property's flood designation, elevation and insurance options early in your search.

What this page covers: Numbers and listings cover homes with a Key Biscayne address in the MLS. The map shows the Village of Key Biscayne; Crandon Park and Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park are on the island but outside the Village.
